How services are delivered

Most services are delivered via secure Telehealth, allowing you to attend appointments from your home or another private location of your choosing.

Medicine-assisted therapy (coming soon) will be delivered in person in collaboration with an Authorised Prescriber (psychiatrist). Location details will be provided directly to clients at the time of booking. In-person sessions will be offered on the Gold Coast.

Clinical Records & Reports

Clinical case notes are confidential working documents created for assessment and treatment purposes. They are not prepared for legal proceedings and are not released for medico-legal, court, compensation, insurance, employment, or other third-party matters.

If documentation is required for legal or external purposes, a formal psychological report may be prepared upon written request and with client consent. Report preparation is a separate professional service and incurs a fee at the current report writing rate. Timeframes will be confirmed at the time of request.

Subpoenas and court orders are managed in accordance with legal and ethical obligations.
